Magical Express Web Form

Maybe this is old news, but has anyone noticed the Member ID number on the Magical Express form is not the same as your Membership ID or contract number?

I went to fill this form out the other day, and noticed this. So I contacted MS, and they could not say what that number was. So I just did it over the phone with MS.

However, today Disney Quality Assurance contacted me concerning new membership cards mailed, had I received them, any questions, etc. I called them back, mentioned this problem with the Magical Express web form, and they investigated it and called me back within 15 minutes!!!!!! :thumbsup2

They said this number is really a tracking number, not a member ID number, as Magical Express doesn't take any actual membership information. They are going to change it on their website!!!! I mean this is incredible (although I will believe it when I see it.) All of this information and action within 30 minutes of my call!!

Good eyes, lol!

We used ME on our last trip (10/27-11/2) and I added it to our reservation via the online form. Never noticed (or paid any atention to) the Member ID field. Everything worked out just perfectly, though, so I suspect it really was just a tracking number of some sort and had nothing to do with the service per se.

Nice to see the responsiveness!
