Is DME picking up 4 hours before departure?
If we choose to Uber, how much does that usually cost?
What time would we need to leave resort if using Uber?
Would Uber be the cheapest option?

DME picks up around 4 hours prior to flight time since the drive takes about 75 minutes (there could be 4 stops) and TSA orlando is recommending to arrive in the airport at least 3 hours prior to flight time.

At 9:45am on a sunday, from epcot to MCO uber x is 22.70, uberXL is 43.44, and UberSELECT is 60.20.

Since you're not making any additional stops, the drive takes around 35 minutes, assuming no accidents on the 417.
