Magical Express to airport and back

How long does it take to get from the airport to POR on the magical express? Will it be there waiting when we get off the plane or do they run scheduled times? Also when going back to the airport does the magical express tell you when they will pick you up or do you need to figure that out yourself?

Magical Express figures out when to pick you up to return to the airport. ( usually 3 hours before your flight) They called and left a message on our answering machine at the hotel. We seemed to leave about 5 minutes after we got on the ME bus when we arrived. We were at our resort in about an hour. We found it so covenient we are using it again in January. Loved not having to collect luggage and it's magical appearance in our room. Enjoy!

We stayed at the POFQ and used the ME. I think the total trip time was about 30-40 min from when we got on the bus. From the time it took us to get off the plane and to the ME check-in counter would be about 5 to 10 min. Then we were put on a bus 5 min later.

I have been to the orlando Airport about 10 times, and i have never gotten out faster then i did when i used the ME. I didn't pickup my Luggage and it was in my room about 3 hours after we landed.

Just got back from our trip today. We stayed at the POR and used ME and we almost missed our return flight.

Our flight was for 11:55am and we were to be out front of POR at 8:45am. Our bus was late (didn't arrive until after 9:00am) and he still had to stop at POFQ, OKW and SS. We used the skycap service at the airport so he got us through our ticket line quickly, otherwise we would have missed our flight.

Our bus was soo slow, but that's our only complaint.

It looks like it is a three hour window. Our flights would be leaving Orlando at suppertime so at least we don't have to deal with a morning rush!
