Magical Express to a different resort

I am staying at Animal Kingdom and meeting up with my friend there. My plane gets in at 8:34 am and they arrive at 2:45 So I thought I would do a spa package at the Grand Floridan. Is it possible to get on The Grand Floridan bus since I will have an appointment there?

Nope. Magical Express takes you only to the resort you're staying at.

The only exception would be if the bus transporting you to your resort happens to stop at the resort you want to go to. You're free to get off at any resort.

However, with the time frame you're giving, how long of a spa appointment do you plan on? They won't be at the resort until ~4-4:15. Get to your resort, check in, check out the resort, then go to your spa appointment around one or two.

The answer to the OP's question is no. The reason is that DME is licensed by MCO as a resort transfer service not a bus service. So they have to take you to the resort you are staying at. So, they have to go on the AKL loop bus which is virtually guaranteed to not go to GF. And yes they do check which resort you are staying at at MCO.
