Magical Express - timing and choices with complicated stay

My BFF has chosen to join us on a trip to Disney only 3 weeks before we leave. She will be staying at Swan & Dolphin. We're at Yacht club. Thanks to all of you, I added her to our room so she could come to the pool. Yay! That added her to our Magical Express reservation. Which brings up some questions:

She arrives before we do and might not want to wait for us at the airport. Can one hotel room reservation have different times for the ME?

It would be better for her to go directly to her own hotel, if that's possible. Do the Swan and Dolphin have Magical Express?

What happens if you go to ME before the expected time on your reservation?

As @Moliphino indicated Swan & Dolphin don't participate in ME. Your BFF could take a ME bus to the YC and take the short walk to the Swan & Dolphin with her luggage or she could call and Uber / Lyft or Minnie van for the short ride.

The fastest most direct method would be for her to take an Uber / Lyft directly from the Airport.

What happens if you go to ME before the expected time on your reservation?

You can call DME and let them know her arrival flight time, but it isn't necessary. As long as she is listed on the YC reservation, she is eligible to take DME to YC whenever she shows up at the airport. I would advise her to have her MB or the resort reservation number with her so they can easily put her on a bus. The bus will go to YC. Swan/Dolphin does not participate in Magical Express. If she has checked baggage and does not want that baggage transferred to YC, she should leave the yellow tags off of her check bags, claim the bags herself, put them on the Magical Express bus and then go to YC. Swan/Dolphin are right next door to YC, so, as long as she can roll or carry her bags herself, it's quite easy for her to simply walk over there and check in. If she needs help with her luggage, she could certainly get a taxi, uber/lyft to take her from YC to Swan/Dolphin. If she puts the yellow tags on her checked bags, they will be delivered to YC and then delivered to your hotel room.
