we arrive at 715 am
and am wondering how long it would take to actually head to the hotel
do we have to wait for othere
or is there like a schedual where the buses leave every 1/2 hr or something

There's no set schedule.
There are no set routes.
You check in at the Welcome Center and are directed either to a bus - if there's one waiting that's going to your hotel - or the line to wait for your bus.
Average time from getting off the plane to getting off the bus at your resort is 70 minutes. This includes making your way from the gate to the Welcome Center.
