Magical Express: timeline from plane arrival to resort

The average reported DME time from airplane exit to resort drop-off is 70 minutes.

Since there are no pre-set routes for DME buses, there's no way to say how long it will be for Grand Floridian specifically.

We've done it 3 times and it's been about 2 hours from plane arrival at gate to walking into our room.

It's about 20-30 minutes from gate to pulling away in your bus.
Then 60-90 minutes for the ride and drop offs.
Then 10-20 min to check in and get to room.

My shortest time with DME has been 60 mins....there were few people in the line at the counter and I had to wait about 5 minutes for a bus to come, then another 10 mins for it to load. Then 35 minutes to my resort. The longest time was 85 minutes....about 10 mins in line, then 10 mins in bus line. 10 mins to load bus, and then the drive started. We stopped at CSR first, then AKL, then finally at POP. Of course, I was at POP. All the other times I have stayed at POP, we were the first stop.
So, my average time has been in the 70 min range...from deplaning to resort checkin line. And I've used DME about 5 times now.
