I know I should know the answer to this but with pretrip brain setting in I'm drawing a blank. We have 5 bags to check and only 4 ME tags. Is it possible to check all the bags for hotel delivery (and how?) or will we need to get one ourselves at the luggage claim.

If you have time before your trip dates just call ME directly and they will send extra tags. To answer your question, yes, ME can get your extra bag with your claim ticket and a description. I feel more comfortable with the yellow tags, but that's just me.

You could also cut one of those tags (don't cut the bar code) in half since they are long and have your info on both ends. Just make sure to attach them securely.

If you cut a yellow tag in half then it might not go around the suitcase handle and still stick to itself at the other end. A good length of that 2 inch transparent packaging tape will help hold it on.

DON'T CUT ANYTHING!

If you can't get another tag in time, just bring your luggage claim checks to the DME Welcome Center. Give them the claim check number for the untagged bag. That, combined with the description they'll request, will enable a specially-dispatched CM to pull your bag and get it delivered to your room.
