Magical Express tags just arrived - SORT OF!

ok so they have DS & I arriving on our real arrival date and leaving on our real checkout date - sent us 12 yellow ME tags! 4 for each of us on Aug 12 even though DH isnt arriving till a week later.
They show me arriving twice - once on the 12th and again on the 17th.
DH has no arrival info at all. The AKL ME luggage tags dont have his name on them! they have mine
They dont have any of our departure flight info (I did give it to them) but they do show the 3 of us departing

I'm assuming that your name is the 'main' name on the reservation, correct? So, your name would be on all of the tags, plus the name of another traveler. So.....is the 17th the day your dh is scheduled to arrive, and is he going to AKL? I'm assuming that the tags for the 17th say AKL, right?
So....as long as his name is on the reservation, he should be all right, even though his name isn't actually on the tag. You could call DME yourself, just to be sure he is listed in their system. He should be able to just put a tag on his bag and be all set though. Or, you can do what I did...pack dh's stuff and bring it with you...then, all dh has to worry about is a carryon, and all his stuff will be in the drawers waiting for him when he gets there.

Based on your signature, it looks like you are staying at multiple resorts. If so, that's why you received two booklets. One booklet is for the first part of your stay. The second booklet is for the last part of your stay. If that is when your husband is joining you, only he should use those tags.

DME reservations are linked to your resort reservation, and cannot go outside of it. That's why multiple resort reservations neccessitate multiple DME reservations.

I called Magical Express and they changed DHs info - will send new pkg for him
The biggest problem is that his info says he's coming in on the 17th which is the day DS & I switchover to AKL. DH doesnt arrive until the 19th.
