Magical Express/SWA

When you arrive at the airport, I'm flying southwest, where do you go for Magical Express, is there a designated area. I contacted Disney and thier answer was that a rep would find me or I could look for one in thier Disney blazers as they will be thoughout the airort. Is this true? thanks

Yes, it's true.

The DME counter is on Level 2 of the A-side, not far from the rental car counters. Even if you don't see any Disney CMs to guide you on your walk, DME serves 5,000-6,000 guests per day, so pretty much everyone who works at the airport at least knows where the DME counter is.
