Magical Express Service

I understand the concept of this service but I have a few questions for people who have already used it.

1) How frequently do the shuttles leave? Do they leave every half hour, hour? How long am I going to be stuck in the airport waiting for the bus to fill up?

2) Did it run smoothly? Are there any glitches that can be avoided?

We are looking foward to using this service on our trip in August. But waiting around the airport with 3 kids whinning "When are we going to get there?" is not the way I want to start off my Vacation.

3) How long does it take for your bags to get into your room?

We used ME last June with 2 toddlers and a pregnant me and we got right on the bus. No wait and the kids thought it was great! The only complaint I have is that my kids don't like to sit when there are no restraints and constantly want to change seats! But of course that's just my kids! It really was a breeze.
