Magical Express questions

Hi All
I have a question about the magical express. My DH and I are staying at BCV in Aug. with our 3 kids and we are driving, my mom is flying down to join us for a few days can she use the Magical Express to get to and from the airport? If so do I book this for her? How does it all work exactly?

Anyone flying and staying on property can use this. I would recomend it. It is free!!

I would call where you made your reservations with and ask them. They will do the luggage for your mom if you have a enough notice to get the tags to her. (usually a couple weeks)

if you use this service, I was told you should tell them 30 days in advance so they can get the luggage tags and everything else to you.

Be aware that you probably will not get the luggage until 1-3 hours after arrival at the hotel, so make sure she packs a carry on with essential items to hold her over until her luggage arrives.

would be so nice if your mom lived close enuf that you could take her bags on the drive with you so that she had no baggage cares at all!

I just wanted to say that this isn't a problem at all. We've had trips recently where we didn't use the bus, but our relatives who were flying in and staying with us did use the magic bus and luggage and check in services. And we've been able to use it with different people on different flights from different places. We just used the form on the dvc member web site, and put in the names and flight information for the people that used it. One thing was, I put in their address to mail the luggage tags to, but they ended up coming to our home address. That wasn't a big deal or anything, we just mailed them to them. But you do want to do it early enough to get those in the mail. Bascially, whenever you get your relative's flight information you could go ahead and do it.

Your mom can use the magic express and it is a great thing; for a few reasons 1 it is free 2 it is free and three it save you money
