Magical Express Question

If we don't receive our ME tags by the time we leave for our trip Monday can we still have Disney pick up our bags or will we need to get them from the baggage claim area? I know we have to check in before getting on the bus, so do we just give them our baggage claim tickets? I don't want to risk our luggage getting lost, but I also like the convenience of having Disney pick up our bags for us (we're traveling with two small children.)

Our tags were originally lost and they were reissuing them last week, but we still haven't gotten them and I'm really starting to worry about this.

When you go to the DME desk just give them your baggage claim tickets and they will pull the luggage and bring to your resort. You will have to give them a description of the bags so you might want to put something on them that will catch their eye.
