We have used ME every trip we've made to WDW.Last trip we called to pay our luggage charge on our return trip from our resort with the number that was sent to our room,like always and to check our luggage and get boarding passes from the resort lobby.And we were not able to do it (after we had already paid for everyones checked luggage the day before) because of a message from MCO telling the people that weigh your luggage and do the boarding passes at our resort lobby that none could be done for anyone flying after a certain time that day and we'd have to stand in line at the airport to do it.We had all our conformation numbers showing we had paid but,the airlines said it was a 3rd party problem and we'd have to get our money back from them and yes,we had to paid everyones luggage again at MCO.Since we were traveling with several people and children in our party,paying all that money again wasn't easy,but we did.We had to call and try and get our money back and we finally did,but it was a pain and took forever.Has anyone else had this problem? We are planning a trip with again several adults and children and just wondering if we should just skip doing all the luggage fees and boarding passes at the resort and go to MCO and wait in line to do it.That was the only time that had happened and all the other times it went very smooth.Makes we wonder what to do and if anyone else had that problem?
