Magical Express Question

This year when we travel we have 2 people flying in from a different city but are booked under my account. Does anyone know if when I call to add Mickey's Magical Express, because our flights are not booked yet, will I have to mail them their luggage tags and magic bands or can I get them sent directly from Disney?

i'm fairly sure i had my son's sent to him. no problem. i'm in houston; he's in chicago.

I had to do this last year. I wasn't flying I had to drive. My sister was staying with me but she lives in NJ and I am in SC. I booked everything so her magical express stuff was sent to me and I mailed it to her.

To the best of my knowledge, DME packets are sent to the person making the reservation, and they are responsible for getting the luggage tags to everyone on the reservation. I was under the impression that MBs work the same way.
