Magical Express question?

I leave in 13 days flying into MCO on October 8. I called to sign up for the Magical Express. At this point I have not received my yellow luggage tags and vouchers. I did get the booklet from The Walt Disney Travel Company. Inside there is a list of my trip components including the Magical Express. If I do not receive the yellow tags in time I know I can collect our luggage from the carousel itself, but without the voucher to get on the bus, what happens? Do I speak to a CM at the bus loading area? Can we get the vouchers down there at that time? Thanks for the help.
 
We leave October 7, and have had our tags and vouchers for 2-3 weeks. I'd call them and let them know. I called yesterday for additional tags and they said it could take 7-10 days which means ill just get them in time.

If you do not receive your DME luggage tags and vouchers don't panic. You can even use the luggage transfer service if you would like to (provided you arrive before 10 p.m. when the luggage service stops pulling bags).

Without tags and vouchers you will need to stop at the DME Welcome Center desk. They will confirm your reservation and print out vouchers for you. If you haven't stopped at baggage claim to collect your luggage you can give them your claim ticket numbers and descriptions of your bags, and they still will collect them, transport them to your resort and deliver them to your room.

I agree! Call them. We leave Oct 27th and got our yellow tags yesterday.
 
DME needs 10 days lead time to print up and deliver your DME packet to you...so if you call today, you may get them in time. And, you will also be sure that you have a reservation if you call!!!
But, if you don't get your packet, you can do one of two things..
1. go to baggage claim and get your bags and bring them to the bus
or
2. go directly to the DME checkin counter, and give the CM your baggage claim receipts, as well as a description of the bags. They will send someone to collect the bags and get them to the resort.

Either way, you will have to stop at the checkin counter to get vouchers printed up.
 
Thanks everyone. I called them this morning. The CM said that my vouchers etc were printed on 9-21. I should get them soon.
