We leave in 12 days and have not received our ME tags to put on our luggage. I called them Monday last week and nothing yet! My parents are coming with us and got theirs over a month ago. Should I be panicing?

No!! Don't panic all is okay, if you don't get the packet you can still ride DME and you can still have them pick up your luggage. Since you called them you know you have a reservation when you deplane just go to the DME desk and tell them you never got your packet they will print you out a letter to give to the bus driver. AS for your luggage, they will still get it they will ask for a description and I suggest in this day of digital photos to take one with your cell phone or camera to show them also to put a ribbon around it to better describe it. The first time used DME I didn't know what the tag was for so I didn't put in on my luggage and I was still able to have them pick up my bags.

Are your parents on the same, or a different, reservation than you?? If you are on the same reservation, they most likely have your stuff. But, if you have two different reservations, you should both get info packets.
If you don't get your packet, with tags, in time, just tie a distinctive ribbon around each luggage handle and take a photo of it. Show it to the DME CM as well as handing over your baggage claim receipts. They will have no trouble locating and then shipping your bags.

We leave on 9/8 and haven't gotten our ME vouchers yet, either. I just called WDW about half an hour ago and they said they would mail them out to me tomorrow and should receive them early next week. They had my flight info so weren't sure what had happened. Give them a call and see if they can send or re-send yours out.
