Magical Express Question

I was trying to schedule the ME to pick us up, but I don't see anywhere on the website to request it. Do I need to call Disney to set that up or am I looking in the wrong spot? Any advice will be appreciated

I think you have to sign up when you book your package. Otherwise call them and have them add the information to your reservation.

DME will ask for your flight information, but you do not arrange for a specific pick up time.

If you are arrivng at 10:00 AM and have put your DME tags on your luggage, you go directly to the DME desk on the B side. You check in and then are directed to a specific bus going to your resort. You may wait for a few minutes to board, you my wait on the bus or you may leave right away.

If you are arriving at 10:00 PM, you will need to collect your luggage and then proceed to the DME desk to board your bus.

Magical Express buses run continuously, so there is no specific time that will be given to you. They use the flight information to help control the number of busses needed for any given time.

They'll leave the info in an envelope under your door, I think the day before you check out. In any case, it's +/- 3 hours before your flight (domestic) or 4 hours international.

Thanks for the info. We aren't booked on a package deal,staying with friends who are DVC. We land at like 3pm on the 15th of Aug.

Anyone named on a reservation can use DME ... it's not just for people with a package reservation.

But this leads me to an imortant question ... you ARE named on the reservation, aren't you? If you are just "unofficially" staying with friends, then you won't be entitled to use Disney's Magical Express.

Happy to say that "Yes,we are on the ressies" and we got our tickets/tags in the mail yesterday!
