DW and i will be using ME on our next trip. It will be our first time using them. My question is, should I book ME through MS or through CRO?

You can book this at the members site, any time day or night, and you won't have to wait on the phone.

We did it online this year. Got an email confirming they received our ME request Within a week we received info confirming our flights, etc. and when we'll be receiving our luggage tags. Very easy to do.
