Magical Express Question

My husband and I have used ME before to our great pleasure & surprise. Who knew it could be this conveninet getting to the World from the airport? Well, I guess all the people that have used it before us knew.

Anyway, my upcoming trip in September will be my daughter and I flying in from Virginia. We're meeting my best friend from college for a "girls week" in WDW. Disney knows that we're arriving from different cities at different times. The reservations are in my name, so all correspondence comes to my VA address. Since she's arriving several hours before my daughter & I, how will the Magical Express passes work? Will they send me separate passes to mail to her, will I have to tear a page out of my book or will she need to check in at the desk before boarding a bus? Her name is on my reservation, so she should be able to do that, right?

Not an issue. You should be able to tear out the voucher with her name on it and send it to her, along with her yellow luggage tags. Even if she showed up with no voucher it would be fine as long as she was in the DME system. So, send her the tags and her voucher. When she gets to MCO she should go to the DME and checkin, and then will be directed to the correct bus area.

My oldest daughter and I meet up with my sister every year. They will only send your vouchers and tags to one address but your friend will not have a problem even if she doesn't have docs. Check your flight info carefully because I have had to call and correct it to show our 3 different flights. This year we are meeting at the Swan so no ME for us. Have a great time.
