Magical Express Question

We have added 2 people (my inlaws) to our upcoming trip due to my mother being sick. We are leaving in a week.

I called Magical Express to see if the go Fedex the yellow ME luggage tags for my inlwas and was told that it could not happen.

I was told that I would need to bring my luggage claim tickets to the DVC Welcome desk at MCO and they would pull the liggage and send it to the room.

Has anyone done this in the past?

The first time we took the ME our tickets did not arrive at all. We just pulled our own luggage and took it on the bus with us. Perhaps you should consider using the luggage tags you have an just pulling the remainder of the luggage yourself. It really doesn't take that much longer. By the time you take the 'monorail' to the terminal the luggage is usually on the carousel shortly after that. That way you don't have the uncertainty as to whether they have found the extra luggage. This way you can also choose which luggage you want to have right away as luggage pulled by ME may take a few hours to arrive at the hotel.

As long as the extra people are listed with ME they can go on the bus.

When you check-in for ME, you can give them the claim check for your luggage and they will retrieve your bags for you and deliver them to the resort. We have done this without any problem and it will save whatever time you would spend waiting for the bags yourself.
