Magical Express Question - How would this work

So I know this should probally be on the tranpostation board but I feel at home here so hopefully you guys can answer this...

One of my co workers and 2 of her friends are runninf the Princess Marathon in March and have decided to rent a 2 BR villa at Saratoga Springs and they want to use Magical Express for transportation to and from the airport.. but will not be traveling in togther. I know they can just get the others there luggage tags but what about the booklet... if they are not all flying toghter how would that work?

You guys know everthing so I know this one will be easy for someone.

My family and I flew sep. to WDW last month with the same issue. 2 were flying from Pittsburgh and 2 from Cincinnati.

I called DME (not the reservation line, the DME line) and they were able to set up all the flight/DME info for each of us. The sent us one booklet and we removed the bar-coded part for 2 of the family members and the other 2 kept the booklet with the other 2 bar codes. The only thing you need is the bar-coded tickets to get on and off the bus. They will be able to look up your info on the computer when you check in at the desk at MCO.

I'm pretty sure they can send more bookets if you need them but I lived in Orlando for 1.5 yr so I was familiar with the airport, where DME is located, and about the luggage info so we didn't need two booklets.

When you setup guests for DME just tell the cast member over the phone you are coming in on different flights and different days. They will ask for your flight numbers and travel dates. You should receive the appropriate documentation in the mail (booklets, with luggage tags) a few weeks before your trip. Just make sure you have the appropriate booklets. The names should be inside the booklet next to the bar codes.
