Please help tonight as I want to book our flight. We are staying in All Star Music then for our last night BLT on DVC points we have- we have never used Magical Express but will this time to save $$ on rent a car. Question is when do we have to check in and get on the Magical Express at BLT to leave for the Airport. We would like to be on a 225pm Southwest flight and be able to go to Chef Mickeys at 10am- Is this even possible? With a rent a car it is possible or should I go for the 345pm flight or just go for counter service at Contemp or BLT?

Your appointment to catch ME to the airport will be 3 hours before your departure time...so 11:25 a.m. for a 2:25 p.m. flight. No way I'd count on going to Chef Mickey's at 10 a.m. and catching that bus. How about an 8 a.m. breakfast? Otherwise grab a counter service so you are in more control of your time (ie. no waiting for late ressies, slow server, etc.).

Of course we always try to spend as much time at the World as we can, so personally I'd take that later flight and do anything you want that morning. Good luck! :goodvibes

They will give you a specific time to be on the bus. It will be about 3 hours before your flight. You will need to be at the bus stop ready to go about 10 to 15 minutes before that time.

For a 2:25 flight your time will be about 11:30.

A character breakfast will take 90 minutes or so.

You might be able to get away with a 9:00 ADR, but I definitely wouldn't go any later than that.
