Me, my family and friends are going down in March and staying at SSR. We have used the Magical Express before, however, this time we will not be on the same flights. Going to Orlando we will all be on the same Southwest Flight. My cousin needs to leave early and will be taking Delta 3 days before the rest of us check out. We have already registered for the ME going down. Do we need to call and tell them my cousin will be going on a different flight back? If so, what # do we call?
Thanks.

Back, soon after DME started, my dh, dd and I all arrived together. All went to BCV's. My dh was only staying for 5 days, leaving BCV's two days before dd and I moved from BCV to POR for our final two nights. I did tell DME this when I booked. But, there was nothing in our packet to give us the security of knowing it was going to work. When I got to the DME checkin desk, at MCO, I again told them that my dh was leaving BCV on whatever day it was, but it was only he that was leaving, that dd and I were leaving 4 days later but from POR. Yep, that's exactly what they had in their system!! My dh had no issues at all leaving before us, we had no issues leaving from a different resort than we started at. I would just make DME aware of the situation, revisit it when you get to MCO and checkin. Be sure your friend has the voucher that's needed for the ride back to the airport.

Just make sure each person has his voucher and make sure that his reservation confirmations are printed a day in advance of his departure from the resort. Last minute changes can be done at the resort.

Suggest this:
Wait until you get there.
1. A day before he checks out (or sooner) go to the ME desk at the resort to change his reservation back to the airport and get a modified voucher and reservation confirmation.
2. If you did not already get yours, a day before you check out (or sooner), go to the ME desk at the resort and get your vouchers and reservation confirmation.

While I'm not saying you never have to go and get your pick up plans verified at your resort, in all my times using DME I have yet had to go to the front desk (or anyplace else for that matter) to get my return vouchers. I have always gotten them when I checked in upon arrival at the DME desk at MCO. There, at least not to my knowledge, isn't a true DME desk in the resorts. There is a RAC desk where you go to get your bags checked and boarding passes printed out if you are flying on a participating airline. But, the one time I had to get my voucher redone (since I had very nicely packed it in my checked bag that I had checked that morning!) I went to the Bell Services desk at POR. They gave me a new voucher.
I would just hate to see everyone think they need to go and make a stop at the front desk to get their vouchers when they should have them already!!

Also, the printout they leave on your resort door they day before you go home with your pickup time has a barcode on it. That is ALSO a return voucher.
