It works w/the cruise line b/c all the people on the cruise receive their luggage tags before the cruise. However, not everyone using the DME have received their luggage tags, inc. yours truly. The point is, many of us will have to deal w/our own luggage although Disney has advertised the DME as a "Disney takes care of everything" deal b/c we didn't receive the tags in time.

, and our guests would have had tickets to arrive 2 weeks before they were coming. Thankfully I got a great CM on the phone and she was able to straighten the whole thing out. I could tell she was quite busy, but she still was very polite and fixed it all with a smile
Since they are having problems getting the information into their system from CRO and I assume DVC member services as well, I would give them a call to double check your reservation. I feel bad saying that knowing how busy they are, but I think it is in everyones best interest to know that the info they have is correct.
