Like others, I don't think theres too much in it. A few times weve used the Virgin transfers and its been a DME anyway.
I know someone said Virgin may give you a refund if you cancel their transfer. Bear in mind they may also charge you extra-in the t&c it usually states there is a charge, if you do not use one of their services.
Do you think youll be taking your own luggage onto the monorail or getting DME to get it for you?
The reason I ask- is that we can not manage our own luggage, so it comes out at the different terminal where the Virgin reps & transfers are.
As we had DME, we had to collect our luggage and then walk back to the other side of the airport for DME.
I just think the Virgin transfers may be more convenient, if you cant hold onto your cases after the 1st luggage belt.
Coming back to the airport, it doesn't matter as youre dropped off at the same place.
