Magical Express Modification

I need to modify my ME reservation to bring us in a day early and to a different resort. Do I just fill out a new reservation form or do I call? Any advantage of one over the other?

I would actually do a new reservation. I'm hearing too many stories about DME not getting new info regarding a reservation change correct!
