Magical Express Luggage tags

Hi All!

DH and I usually rent a car when we go to Disney but this year we decided that we would not rent a car as we find we only use it ~ 1 time during the trip. Thus, this will be our first time using Magical Express.

We are going in Sept and already have our airfare. Do I need to call Disney to let them know the details of our flights? Do I need call Disney and tell them that I planning on using Magical Express? When we booked our trip we did it during the "Bounceback" offer last fall and I can't remember if they asked me if we were going to take advantage of ME.

Yes and yes.

To use Disney's Magical Express transportation and luggage transfers from MCO to your WDW resort, you must have advance reservations.

You may want to wait until about 60 days before travel to make Disney's Magical Express reservations. By that time, your flight numbers and flight times are less likely to change.

Call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at 866-599-0951.

(DVC members staying at a DVC resort on points must use DVC Member Services to initiate Magical Express reservations.)
