Magical express luggage tags- how long to receive?

I just found out yesterday that DH will need to take a later flight than us next week due to work. He will pick up the rental car but I just booked DD and I on ME. The rep said it was actually the last day she could send out luggage tags, so I am wondering if we will receive them in time. How probable is it that we will receive the luggage tags in less than a week? If we don't receive the tags in time, how reliable is it to just give them the airline baggage check tags?

I found this on the Disney website. I wouldn't worry as it looks like luggage can still be delivered to your room. Good Luck.

Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, go directly to Disney's Magical Express and speak with a Disney Cast Member.

If you have received your MagicBands, please be sure not to pack them in your checked luggage, as they will be used to check in with Disney’s Magical Express and to unlock your room when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.

If your flight arrives between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, please provide us with the checked baggage claim numbers that you received from your airline when you checked your bags. We will obtain your information, collect your luggage and deliver it to your room at your Disney Resort hotel.

For airport arrivals after 10:00 PM, you must collect your luggage at Baggage Claim and take it with you on the motorcoach.
