Magical Express luggage service

DH and I are checking in two bags for the Magical Express to deliver to our hotel. I put on the yellow luggage tags. Do I need to call Disney World and inform them, or is putting on the yellow luggage tag all I have to do?

Nope you are good. You check them in at airport and they magically appear in your hotel room

Unless you are arriving late. They don't do luggage late night/overnight. So if you are getting in late, you need to double the time they stop doing luggage. I read then you have to pick your luggage up and bring it with you to the bus.

OMG, you have no idea how much it took to convince my parents of this. I treated them to a 10 day stay in an SSR Treehouse with us a few years back, and they thought we were nuts in trusting the luggage would arrive in our room.
