Magical Express Issues

Hi friends,

Having strange issues with the Magical Express and wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues lately. Traveling in a group of 7 for a family reunion next month.

-Got the 1st Magical Express envelope and tags for only 3 out of 7 folks.
-Contacted Magical Express customer service in regards to missing tags.
-Got 2nd Magical Express envelope with a duplicate tag for someone from the first group, then 2 additional folks.
-Now I'm still missing 3 tags...

Not sure how this is happening or why I can't get it corrected?

Can't help you with why, but are you calling DME directly? Or are you calling reservations?
 
Are all 7 members of your travel party, registered guests at a Disney resort? Did someone request Magical Express for all 7 members of your party? If the answer to these questions is yes, unfortunately, you will need to contact Magical Express again.

If the answer to those questions is no. Magical Express can only be used for registered guests (regardless of age). If all 7 are registered guests, you must call and sign them up for the service.

We are all registered guests. Got 2 more in the mail today just missing 1 now. I've called several times. We'll see what happens!
 
You have 7 tags so if you are all staying the same place it should be fine. A duplicate name won't matter.
