Magical Express "glitch"

My sister's ME tags arrived last week and in the little booklet where your flight infromation should be it said " No Infromation provided" which was incorrect so she called ME and they confirmed everything.
Ours arrived today and the same thing happened the booklet said no info provided. And for a minute I thought well Im sure its like Dsis and its just on file and not printed. Well I decided to call just to make sure, seems they didnt have our flight info even though we had given it when we booked our trip. :confused3
The ME CM said that there has been some problems with the infromation being downloaded to them, they know they have passengers but all the flight info is gone.:badpc:
Thought everyone should know about this. Im so glad I called to doublecheck.
 
Even if they don't have your arrival information on the date you arrive, you'd still be OK. The important part is that you have a reservation for that date.

The arrival flight info is used by DME to plan for how many buses and luggage trucks they'll need to go where and at what times. So if they have a few people arrive "unexpectedly" it won't affect the system, but if they all of a sudden had NO arrival flight info for anyone, it would probably be one heckuva mess down there.

Like I said, you'll be fine either way as long as you have a reservation.
