Magical Express Free still but for how long??

Has there been any word on the status of it still being free and for how long. I am trying to plan a trip for Feb 2007 for the whole family (20+ people) and need to revise plans for transportation if it is not going to be free or if there will be a price set so that I can budget it into the plan. Thanks!!

I don't believe that any information on ME past the end of 2006 has been released yet.
