I'm flying in to Orlando at about 10am with one of my nieces. My aunt, on the other hand works that day so she won't be arriving with my other niece until about 9pm that night. Will we be able to take Magical Express at two different times? How do I go about arranging this if so?

We had people arriving on different days and had no problem with ME. I just called Disney and gave them the flight info for each person.

Yep even arriving other days works fine. DD arrived sat and we were there since wed-no problem, same with different returns.

Like the PP have said, no problem, even with different days. Sometimes the paperwork doesn't always match up, but when we check in at the airport, it is all good.

Make sure that your aunt and niece have their magic bands with them and not with you. We didn't have to go to the desk or show any paper work a few weeks ago when we were there. All we had to do was scan each of our bands.

You can arrange separate flights/addresses for tags on the ME site

Just to make sure it is clear, you do not NEED to have the magic bands or paperwork with you if it is impossible to get them to all of the people. It makes it quicker and easier, but as long as the person has the reservation information, they will be allowed on the bus.

yep- have done it multiple times- I will warn you that there is about a 0% chance that the first set of paperwork you receive will be accurate- we've probably done it 10 or so times and never had the paperwork be correct- Disney always makes it work though

We've had no problems with people arriving at different times. My DD even bumped herself from her original flight. We saw her getting off ME when we were heading to MK. For the upcoming trip, I sent her MB to her. She wanted to decorate it. This is the first time our ME information was mixed up. I called and got it straightened out. Now, we have extra luggage tags. The CM told me the old school booklet still works. So if part of your group doesn't have their MB, getting the paper copy to them still works. I also mailed this to my DD along with a luggage tag.

PERSONALLY, I wouldn't even worry about getting the flights right. Just tell them you are all coming in on the same flight and be done with it.

It doesn't make any difference if the flights are right or wrong or whatever. They only need that info for Mears staff/equipment planning.

As a PP said, if they have the DME tags, and MB, it's easier but in no way required. You can even do DME without scheduling it, the ONLY bit of information you need is your Disney Resort Confirmation number. If you have that and your name is on the reservation they can set up DME for you at the desk. I've done it when I surprise trip to MCO appeared one weekend, I booked my resort, and flew down all within 24 hours.

I've had issues with Bags Inc/DME bag delivery. So I rarely use the bag service I just pick it up and put it on the bus with me. But if you don't have the DME tags you can take your claim checks to the DME desk and they will pick up your bags for you.

The only thing to be aware of is to make sure when the first group comes in they only check off those that are really there. So the second group doesn't have to deal with "You've already been checked in."

All that is important is making a Magical Express reservation for each person in advance. If you actually arrive a few hours early or a few hours late, that does not matter.

Like I said that isn't even SUPER important, unless things have changed. It does make it easier if everyone has some transport request.

What really need to be in place in advance is everyone is listed correctly on the Resort Reservation. Because DME (which is subcontracted to Mears) needs that to link the transport to, and my guess to get paid.

Note even the day doesn't matter as long as it falls with in the resort reservation. One time I flew in on one day, and my wife's flight (she was already on travel for business) was delayed a day and they just scanned her in. No issues.

As long as each person is listed on the reservation, they can arrive anytime. It can be hours, or days, apart. As long as you are listed on the reservation. If, for so e reason, you don't have the MB, bring the paper voucher that's part of the DME paperwork you get with the yellow tags. Don't have even that? Head to the DME desk upon arrival, show them your ID and tell them where you're staying, and the name of the person holding the reservation. They will print out a voucher for you.

Yep- it doesn't really matter as long as everyone is listed on the reservation- I just think it's humorous that they're almost always wrong, no matter how many times I call and confirm them.

Laughs 0% chance that it's going to be right... all I know is based on my experience... 0% is even a bit high of an estimate I think they actively mess it up.

The first time I tried multiple arrival times, I was in pure panic mode, working with DME to get it right. THEY NEVER DID get it 100%. Then I found the secret about being on the reservation.

While I have some serious issues with DME, mostly about the baggage end of things. I've never had them pull my bags and get them to my room within 3 hours of my room being ready. I will say I've never again stressed over getting people TO Disney from MCO via it.
