Magical Express & Dolphin

If we're staying at the Dolphin, can we use Magical Express from MCO? Before I change (again) our room reservations, I want to know the answer. Also, can we get the dining plan with a package at the Dolphin? Thanks for your help.

No, the Dolphin (while fabulous) is not a WDW owned resort and at this time not part of either ME or the dining plan perks. Some have used ME to get as far as the Yacht Club/ BC resorts and then carried their stuff if traveling lightly...but I wouldn't do it...too far and if it's raining...uuccckkkk.
