Magical Express does not appear in MDE?

We did have one trip a while back where it did show on our resort reservation but lately there has been no Magical Express info in MDE.

you are given the opportunity to sign up during the online booking process.
you can also call and have it added.
it shows up in your reservation confirmation email.

It never gave me the option though I was doing room online reservation. I will call and add it.

No but I was doing a room only reservation, that is what I told it from the start that I was doing. I was actually interested to see what the cost per person was on the dining plan (I like the idea of a package though wanted to compare prices) so I was surprised I didn't get to see it. Maybe I did something wrong :/

even with RO they will bring you to a pacge that asks if you want to add tickets which would then make it a package and then dining plan etc.
