Magical Express documents/luggage tags?

How far in advance have people been getting their ME stuff in the mail recently? We usually pick them up from our travel agent at AAA; this is the first year they're supposed to come to our house instead. I think we've usually had them around 3 weeks out and our 2 week mark is on Wednesday. I'll send an email to our TA if they don't show up this week, but I'm just wondering what the usual time frame is these days.

We arrive 1/30/2020. My documents arrived 12/19.

Thanks guys. Called this morning and she's out of the office until Friday. I have a friend using the same TA, leaving three days before us, who also hasn't gotten her ME stuff. This is really weird, we've been using this same TA for 10+ years and never had a problem.
