I am leaving for WDW on Thursday and was just looking over my ME vouchers. I see they have "No flight information provided" under "Flight Info". I KNOW I provided it to them, but my question is, do they need it or is it enough just to have those yellow tags on my luggage saying my reservation #, name, and Wilderness Lodge?

Thank you!

If you got the yellow tags, it sounds like they've got your info.

:)

They will confirm your return flight information with you when you check in on arrival at the airport, and that is the 'side' of the trip that makes more difference - so that they schedule you in to get picked up on your departure day. They will print you new vouchers and deliver them along with your 'eviction' notice on your last day before checkout.

We've ridden ME many times without yellow tags or vouchers or anything (what can I say, i forget things when i have to catch very-early flights). :confused3

If your flight is delayed DME will know it and adjust their bus departures accordingly.

I'm going to move this over to our transportation board.

Once you have your DME materials, yellow tags, etc. and the date is right and there is enough printed information to get the bags to the resort, then you don't have to call in to fill in the flight number. Everything will still work.

To reduce confusion and reduce chances of other screwups, don't bother to call in to fix the going home part of DME until after you get there.

just make sure your flight numbers match the info in their system when you check in. otherwise, if you hit up the RAC at the end of your trip - you wont be able get your boarding pass and leave your bags. i had a HUGE issue, all because my flight number changed and i had no idea. ...the only difference it made to my trip was leaving my bags with bell services while i went to the park for the day - then collecting and bringing them onto the ME bus... and of course having to get my own boarding pass. it wasnt terrible, but i was on the phone with different people for at least an hour and a half figuring out what was going on.
