Magical Express & Different Flights

We are a group of 10 visiting WDW over Christmas (I know...). 5 or 6 of us will be arriving/departing on the same flight and the other group of 4 hasn't booked their tickets yet so I don't know if they'll be with us. We are all on the same reservation. Will we be able to use ME separately? Or do we all have to travel together? We are staying at GF.

You will probably have to submit individual flight information for each party member. But you do not all have to travel on the same flight, or even on the same day.

You can give different flight info for each member of the party. Probably easiest to do this by calling (and you can keep calling and updating the ME info as needed). You can also have the luggage stickers sent to different addresses - by default they'll all go to the person holding the reservation but when I met up with a friend at Disney, flying in from different cities, I called ME and had them send her luggage tags to her home.

No problem with different flights - once everyone has their flights booked either call or use the online form and fill in all the information.
