My hubby and his brother are going to WDW for a guys weekend in April.

Hubby will be flying in on Southwest landing at 9:15 am
BIL will be flying in on AirTran landing at 9:45 am.

Hubby plans to hang at the airport till BIL lands then they both will go to ME together.

Going home:

Hubby will be flying SW, leaving at 8:00 pm
BIL will be flying AirTran leaving at 7:00 pm

Hubby wants to get on the same ME bus as his BIL and just hang at the airport till his flight time.

Just to make things simpler, I'm going to tell ME that they are both on the AirTran flights so that ME will be expecting them at the same time for both arrival and departure.

I know the departure won't be a problem as they both will be taking their own luggage on the bus.

I just want to make sure that the arrival with the yellow tags won't be a problem with some of the bags actually on a SW flight instead of an AirTran flight.

Thanks

No, it shouldn't be a problem. They may not get their bags at the same time but it should be pretty close. The bags may even end up on the same truck, depending on how the trucks are dispatched.
The guys can hang out and wait for each other with no problems...DME doesn't really care the exact time you show up...just need a ballpark figure so they know what and how many buses to send out. People actually hang out at the airport, grab a bite to eat and wait for an arriving family member before heading to DME bus.

That's what I thought. I just wanted to be sure. It doesn't matter if their bags don't arrive in the room at the same time. Knowing these guys, they won't be back in their room till after Epcot closes evening EMH anyway, so both sets of bags should be in their room long before then.
