Magical Express - Different departure date

We bought our airfare first and waited for a deal. Now, we booked the 4/3 package, but are leaving a day before our reservation ends (we have family who will be checking us out on the correct date - fyi, a still great deal).

How can we use the ME a day earlier than our reservation?

I gave Disney our inbound information already for the ME, but told them we might have to change our outbound information based on our "work schedule" so didn't give it to them at all.

Can we contact the ME when we get to WDW?

Yes, but you would have to call them directly (not through Disney CRO)

Another question, should I book a return trip (on the ME) now then change it when I get there? Or contact ME when I get there for a return trip?

You really don't need to do it until a day or 2 before you need the ride back to the airport. You certainly can call DME now, just to get it out of the way, but if you want you can wait 'til you get to your resort, even as late as 24 hours before the ride is needed.
