Magical express and switching resorts

So a couple of weeks ago we switched from POR to Saratoga Springs. Things have gotten crazy around here because I've been in and out of the hospital and I had finals and graduation. So I did not realize until today that we never received new ME information for Saratoga springs. We leave on 6/25....so 7 days.

What happens if we don't get the yellow tags? We are landing at 5pm and we would prefer to use the luggage service (part of the reason we chose the flight we did). I mean, worse comes to worse, we will pick up the luggage....we have 3 adults with 3 suitcases so not terrible...we would just prefer not to do it.

Did the reservation number stay the same? If so, you can go ahead and use the yellow tags....the new resort info will be stored in the bar code at the bottom. Yes, it will still say POR, but when scanned it will show SSR. You can even, very carefully, cross out the POR and write in SSR.
BUT..if the reservation number has changed then you will have to get new tags.
If you don't get needed new tags before you travel, then leave off the tags you have and just get the bags yourself and take them to the bus with you.

Our reservation number changed ten days before our arrival date when we went from a room only to a package. The CM somehow linked the two numbers so that ME would know that the old number on the luggage tag belonged to our new reservation number. We did not have to get new tags. Although we didn't change resorts, just reservation numbers. Our luggage got to our room just fine.

Thanks. Yes our reservation number stayed the same luckily so it sounds like we're good to go. This is the first time we've ever changed resorts after booking so it's new territory for us.
