Magical Express and luggage tags

Can anyone help - my husband rang DVC yesterday as we have not received any information or luggage tags for our trip which starts 1st May - he was told as of February they had stopped sending luggage tags and information leaflet out to people. Is this right? And if so has anyone had any problems with this? we are travellling from the UK, and then during the trip using Magical Express again when we go to Pittsburgh. Am just conered if we don't have anything to identify our luggage how on earth will they know where our cases are? Thanks for any help.

We are traveling middle of May and we received our tags yesterday.

We received one luggage tag per person where in the past we had gotten more than one each.

The luggage tags are sent to US and Canada travelers only, since it appears you are an international traveler your luggage must go through customs. Once cleared you have the option of retrieving your own bags or tell a CM at ME checkin and they will retrieve them for you. All the ME info is on dvcmember.com and Disney Worlds main page I believe.

I could be wrong but I think they stopped sending tags out overseas.
They still send them in the US but you only get one per person unless you tell them you want need more. ( cost savings I guess)

you can still use DME. What I would do Is take a picture of the bags your using and put some colorful tags on them so they can find them easy.
then just go to the DME desk and give them a description and photo and they will get them for you
Also if you arrive after 10 pm you will need to get your own bags and take to your bus.

Thanks for help - we used magical express last Sept and got 2 luggage tags each. But I guess things change, friends of ours are travelling the week after us and have received booklet but no tags, we have nothing. At least we know where to go.
