Magical Express and Dining questions

For the first time we have our family, 5 of us and the inlaws MIL, FIL, SIL coming on vacation with us. The 5 of us will be going for 8 nights and the inlaws will be joining us from day 3 til day 8 checkout. So our arrival check in date there will be 5 of us and we are driving but inlaws are flying so my first question is can I get magical express for the inlaws who do not arrive on first day of reservation but are listed as guests to pick them up on day 3? Secondly I think they stopped this with the dining plan but can my family of 5 get dining plan for 8 days and the inlaws join us on plan for the 5 days they will be there instead of everyone on an 8 day plan?

Magical Express - Yes, you can have ME pick up your in-laws on Day 3. Just call Member Services to set it up.

Dining Plan - You can no longer segment a stay. If you want to do the dining plan you must add it for all nights of your stay and for every member of your party. This means you'd need to add it for all 8 of you for every night of the reservation.
