Roughly, how long does it take to go from MCO to BWV. I think I read that there is not schedule for resort drop-off. I want to schedule a time to meet with We Go Shop.
Our plan arrives at 2:00 in the afternoon... I'm guessing we should be at the resort around 3:15pm.

Better to be late than early. If you give yourself 2 hours you should be checked in and settled.

Our ME trips from MCO to the BWV have averaged about 90 minutes. Each time we have stopped at either CBR or POR before getting to BWV.

I agree with Bill - better to plan on about 2 hours and be happy if it takes less time.

Last summer, we landed around 11:00 and we checked in at 1:00 pm. We made some stops at the other resorts along the way.

In December, when going to BLT, we landed at 10:00 and were there right around 12:00 pm, so in our experience, 2 hours is a good estimate to get off the plane, to the bus, and to the resort.

Just a quick question, do you have to meet with We Go Shop? If it's just a delivery, can't they leave it with Bell Services, as they will put anything that needs to be cold in a cooler for you? Or is there some other reason that you need to meet?

If your flight lands at 2pm, you an safely assume that you will be at BWV by 3:30, probably earlier. BUT...what if you can't get into your villa then? It may be another few hours before you can get in and settled.
If you want to be there, to accept the deivery, I would plan on a later time...say around 5:30. You should be in the villa then, getting settled in.

If you are able to, have them deliver it to Bell Services, who can keep things cold. Then, you can just go to Bell Services and get the groceries at your convenience, rather than sitting around waiting for them.

I just read a review that bell services isn't always able to keep items refrigerated. I've only read one review where that has happened but considering we're purchasing perishable items, I don't want to take a chance they will spoil...I will contact BWV directly. Also, I read that WGS charges a CC fee of 13%. I may decide to shop with Garden Grocer instead...

I would much rather go to the parks and have lunch than wait for WGS to arrive. I also just read that luggage arrives later as well. We arrive at 2pm and have dinner reservations at Yachtman at 7:25pm. I'm unsure if our luggage will arrive by dinner time so this changes everything. I was hoping we would be able to freshen up before dinner.
Since it's the final day of the Flower & Garden Show at Epcot, I am hoping not to waste too much time getting to the resort and meeting with We Go Shop, etc.
I think I will dress everyone appropriately for dinner before we leave home since it's a quick, straight flight and shop with Garden Grocer. We can use online check-in which will save time. Whew... this requires too much planning
