Magical Express and Bell service at resorts

Years ago I had a friend who worked in Bell service at the Beach Club. He got great tips. What will happen to the tips of those in bell services now that ME has started. Will they get a pay raise, or "just" bring home less in tips? Maybe their tips won't be affected, perhaps there's enough people driving to the resorts? This was something a friend and I were discussing the other night.
