Magical Express and AAA

Ok, we have everything booked and are going in the middle of May. We booked he entire trip through AAA. My question is, do we personally have to make the reservations to be picked up, or would the AAA rep automatically do this or what? She said that everything was taken care of and considering we are taking a plane and don't have a car reserved we will need this. Also, since we booked through AAA we have their confirmation number and not the Disney which I believe is totally different. How would I go about making this reservation if need be?

Call your travel agent immediately and ask her to make your DME reservations IMMEDIATELY. I wouldn't assume she made the DME reservation for you.

Technically, AAA owns the reservation and not you, so Disney probably won't talk to you about your reservation or make any modifications. Ask her to make the reservation and don't take no for an answer. If she doesn't understand what DME is, ask to speak to a supervisor.

When your DME stuff is mailed, it will be mailed to AAA and not to you. It's then between you and the TA how you will get that envelope.
