Magical Experience - Anyone having problems

Hi.

I have multiple upcoming reservations as well as selected FP (which I did yesterday) and when
I log onto the Magical Experience site it is staying I do not have reservations, FP or even tickets??
I have tickets on there for my family that are not even used, along with an AP and PAP.

Is anyone having difficulty? Before I panic, I thought I would ask you first and I hate to call
right now since I am at work and will be leaving shortly.

I've been having problems with the website all day and I've seen other people commenting about having problems as well.

Same for me. Dining has been off and on all day... so far, mostly off.

About an hour ago I was able to successfully book a reservation, can't do anything since then. Yesterday some of my reservations wouldn't show up but then I also had a couple reservations showing up as confirmed that I never actually confirmed.

Think it has anything to do with the BOG ADR's opening up tomorrow?

I still can't get on the website. I've been trying all day.

Dining has been mostly down and it's been telling me I have 2 rooms for 6 people when I have 1 room for 3 people.

I would suggest that everyone double-check everything once the website is up and running. My Dining reservations have been confirmed via email exactly as I booked them, but, in MDE my reservations for a party of 4 are showing as a party of 1, another as a party of 2, and the last, a party of 3.

Forgot to mention that I did call Disney and the rooms were looking right on their computers.

My husband is now showing as having a child's ticket and my 7 yo has an adult ticket. I called two days ago. Guest services was showing it as correct. My TA told me to call IT and they are "working on it." I'm giving them another day before I call again.

I wouldn't worry. The site has been weird all day, too much traffic from BOG ADRs. I would check your account tomorrow and if nothing still doesn't show up, I would call

Fun fact there are doing "magical enhancements" the same day BOG lunch options went live; at this point it will be a day or so before anyone can make any changes and weirdness is showing all over the place

"Magical Enhancements" is the code for "we messed up again" and have no idea why the system is down! 180 days worth of BOG frenzy has caused the havoc.
