Magical Deal at the Poly for 2015

Does anyone know of any deals for July 17-23 2015? Trying to straddle 2 birthdays so can't change dates.

They are running a deal from July 11-18, 2015. If you are able to shift your dates a little you may be able to get a great price.

Thanks disney luvr! Can't change dates-flights are set, birthdays are the 18th and 25th (doing second half of the stay on a bb to WL). I'll shoot them an email to see what if anything they can do. Just can't see to get these dates to work like I need them to! Fingers crossed for summer discounts!

I have booked one of these magical deals before and everything was great. Quick replies and good service. However, I emailed the same TA three days ago and haven't gotten any kind of reply. Anyone else having this kind of issue?

YES - I've booked three trips but on it took two tries to reach for the last booking and I sent one last week that she never responded to as well. Keep trying - I just assume it got set aside due to being busy - they are humans.

Only problems Im having is temp and crowds for the last week of August.

Yes it's hot, but it's almost always hot. WDW is set up to great in that there are many ac places. Choose not to wait in the hot sun and you'll be ok. It means doing Tomorrowland raceway, teacups, etc early in the morning or in the evening instead. Make smart choices and you won't have a problem!

Quick question about this deal, because I'm new to disney and to this TA. My airline hasn't released schedules yet, and at the airport I'm hoping to use, they have a somewhat limited schedule. If I book through this TA for this particular deal, and then need to change the exact room dates (either pushing forward or back a day or two) in order to accommodate the flights, would I be able to do that? Or would I somehow be locked into those specific dates?

Follow up for our Poly deal. It appears that we will save over 36% on our standard room and around 10% on tickets. We will have 2 adults, 2 disney adults and one child with 4 day PH. Our trip date is Dec. 5th - Dec. 10th 2015. It's better than the standard 30% off from Disney. Hope I'm doing the right thing. Any feedback on whether you guys think this is a good enough deal?

I got quotes from this same offer. You do get a good discount, better than the Disney 30%, but you cannot buy the dinning plan. For two adults, it was more of a savings to book the room at 30% off and purchase the dining plan and tickets. For those with children, it turns out best to pay full room price and get free dining. A family of fives saves a bundle on the free dinning. So really do your numbers. Also, I've never used a travel agency and I'm a tad skeptical in case I have a problem when I arrive. I know Disney will take care of me...what's a travel agent going to do? But that's a totally biased opinion. Good luck, I'm sure you'll have a magical experience no matter what!

We changed our dates completely (using this TA) and it was no problem at all. Once we changed our dates, I asked if it was possible to add/drop a day if needed. She suggested I add the day I was unsure about just in case, and I could always drop it if we don't end up needing it. I figured it was better to be safe than sorry! Although it also depends on the promotion you're booking and what the dates are.

Did you get an auto generated email response saying your request for quote was received? I got my quote within 24 hours. I would check your spam folder and if you don't get a response in another day or so, I would put in another request.

I got mine within a couple hours of requesting a quote. Check your spam folders and if it's not there I'd put in another request. Good luck!

I'm booked at BC for 10 nights but just contacted my TA to change my reservation to a split stay. 5 nights at the Poly/5 nights at the BC

I'm hoping it's not sold out!!!

I was hesitant about the Poly but all of the updates looks promising on construction being finished up.

OP here, thanks for your reply and I just wanted to follow up on my post. I did get a hold of my TA and she was indeed very busy. She apologized for the delay and then promptly handled my questions. Now I am all booked with a great deal this summer at AKL!

Good morning everyone! I am curious if anyone else received an email from the "magical agency" stating that they now have a similar labor day deal for the Universal resort? The only thing is that the dates run from Aug 23rd- Sept 3rd and I have no idea what % of discount this would be but it does indicate that like the WDW deal this one would include discounted hotel (onsite) and tickets. I have emailed my TA to get some more info but my question here is has anyone seen this type of deal from this place before for Universal or is this a new thing? I am also wondering if both the Universal and Disney deals (labor day package only) works where you can get the discount for you entire reservation stay as long as your check in date falls within the deal window or if you only get the discount for the dates included with the deal. Anyone have a clue?

They did universal last year. We paid 200 a night for Portofino Bay. At the time there was no deal with tickets and room, the tickets were cheaper from Underground Tourist. We will definitely use them again for this year!

All our dates fell within the range, but you might want to email them and ask for a quote regardless. They aren't hard sell and very pleasant to work with. My agent was Angela and she was very nice and helpful.

She usually is really good about getting back in touch within the same day but I thought maybe I could get some good answers here too why I am waiting for her response!

Right now we are arriving on the 3rd and doing a 6 night split stay with WL and the Poly and then moving to US/IOA from the 9th-11th. We were looking to stay at Royal Pacific and 3 day PH (through Undercover T) but I would love to stay at Portofino too! I want to say the Labor Day agency exclusive at WDW ends September 8th. We were toying with dates and that's what the TA told us. However, she said as long as we checked in on or before Sept 8th the discount should apply for the length of our stay.

I hope everything works out! Its worth moving things around, their discounts are really wonderful. I'm glad you posted, I got the email too and it motivated me to email for our August trip. We are just using them for Universal this time, my family loves the free dining which we did bounceback for (I prefer better digs, but I was outvoted!).

Ha that is so funny! We actually had a free dining bounce back booked for Sept but after months of seeing this thread I finally took the plunge and requested a quote just to see. We are a DDP loving family but after discussing we decided that a chance go deluxe and include the Poly was worth paying OPP for food this trip! Plus if they have the free dining bounce back again next fall we can always go that route again next time
