Magical Beginnings?

I was going to call my DVC Guide tomorrow to add-on points at HH, but noticed in the recent e-mail about the points going from $80 to $84 that Magical Beginnings was only mentioned for Vero Beach. Are they still available everywhere else?

I was just at the BW sales center today, and it wasn't brought up by my guide. Wasn't really interested in doing anyway, so not a big deal. Thought about the fact that it wasn't offered, after I left.
